In August of 2016, chef Laurel Burleson launched the Ugly Apple Food Cart. She has been cooking in professional kitchens since high school and has a degree in hospitality management. After cooking for several years around Chicago and Madison, she saw how much was going to waste of this fantastic Midwestern produce. She envisioned owning a cafe that focused on delicious local produce. Hence, the Ugly Apple was born. Like the story of the Ugly Duckling, the Ugly Apple might not be bought at market but can still make a beautiful fritter. We lifted off in November of 2016 and love serving the community of Madison, Wisconsin with the cart and with “Breakfast All Day” catering! Give us a call to discuss your upcoming event!

We are 75 miles from the nearest International airport. Hayward, WI does have a public airport that groups can fly into that is only 10 miles from the resort.

Avbeställningspolicy

A full refund, less the booking fee for cabins, will be provided if the cancellation is made prior to 30 days out. Cancellations may affect your cabin attrition. Meeting and event space needs to be canceled 60 days out for a full refund.
