The hotel offers the largest hotel ballroom in the Cincinnati/NKY Airport region. All meeting rooms are located around the perimeter of a large atrium and are first floor. Your attendees do not have to venture down long hallways or up elevators to get to their meeting rooms.The atrium lobby features the Lower Terrace, which is designed to accommodate up to 250 people for a meal or reception. The space allows your attendees a beautiful change of scenery, including a calming fountain and plenty of natural light.We’ll meet your requests, no matter how last-minute. With Red Coat Direct, planners can make meeting requests—from coffee refills to room-temperature adjustments—with the touch of a button.
