Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family led by renowned chef Carmen “Titita” Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons Sebastian and Santiago. The Mexican restaurant is an homage to their passion for traditional Mexican food, heritage ingredients, and dining customs. Only a 10-minute walk to the White Plains Metro Train Station and Trans Center, our third New York location features an expansive dining room with soaring wine displays, a white Carrara marble Market Table, and an open kitchen window that showcases our Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs expertly fire-roasting each cut we serve. The White Plains location is furnished with a contemporary lounge-seating experience that elevates any occasion or gathering in our Bar Fogo and private dining room spaces.
