Karlstad CCC har totalt 19 mötesrum med en kapacitet på 6-1604 personer. Två av lokalerna erbjuder gradangsittning - Kongresshallen och Solahallen. Dessutom finns en restaurang, Charles IX med plats för 1 200 sittande gäster. Samtliga mötesrum är ljusa, luftiga med utsikt över mäktiga Klaralven och Sveriges längsta stenbro.
