Fogo Samba is a Brazilian Steakhouse, perfect for parties of any size. Typical of Brazilian country interiors and architecture, there is an abundance of tropical hardwoods on the floor and in the ceiling rafters mixed with black-iron hardware. More for show, but impressive to the eye is a two-level fire feature. Images of Brazilian cowboy life are featured throughout. The main decorative feature of this concept is the open kitchen displaying several cowboy-chefs roasting meat on long metal skewers over an open charcoal wood fire with an over sized copper barbeque chimney above. There are several private rooms to facilitate large and small private functions.
