Far from the rush, in the Swiss Alps a mile above sea level, resting on a mountain shelf across a narrow valley from the spectacular Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains, sits the Hotel Regina. The car-free village of Mürren sits on a 1650-meter high shelf (5400 feet) in the Bernese Alps – a perch that provides breath-taking views of majestic mountains, which rise across the rift valley below. Hotel Regina has 45 rooms with 110 beds. There are single rooms, double rooms, and rooms with three and four beds. Our rooms express our philosophy of simplicity and the preservation of original architectural features, but we are not shy in using vibrant modern colors. Our unique site and informal ambience makes the Hotel Regina the perfect place for special celebrations and parties. Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions – we can accommodate events for as many as 120 people.
