The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Individual cancellations require cancellation notice of minimum 48 hour notice by 3pm to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax charges. Group cancellation varies.

MTA subway lines, 1, 2, 4, 5, N, R, W are just outside our front door. Multiple bus lines are available two short blocks away. Accessing Times Square, Central Park, Park Avenue Stores, Herald Square, Chelsea, Chinatown is quick and easy using the MTA or Uber. Downtown shopping is abundant at Westfield Mall at the Occulus and Brookfield at World Financial Center. Historic Stone Street, which features restaurant row, is located one block from the hotel. A NYC institution, Delmonico's, is a five (5) minute walk away. Garage: IMPARK Parking Garage, 55 Water Street, New York, NY 10004, 212-937-8660. It's about a 5/6 minute walk from the hotel.
