Group Cancellation Policies are based on contract agreements and is different for each individual group. Cancellation for Individual Travelers must be received within 48 hours prior to your arrival at 4:00PM. Cancellation within that policy would result in a penalty charge of the first night's room and taxes. You are also responsible for any applicable package and/or add-on elements, which are non-refundable.
Additional details
Our $15.00 + HST per guestroom, per night Facility Fee would apply to your group. This includes our premium high speed wireless internet throughout the resort, on-site overnight self-parking, Concierge services, and unlimited local phone calls. It also includes access to our 3-story Fitness Club, a sprawling facility that offers racquet sports, cardio and strength training, an indoor salt-water pool, sauna & eucalyptus steamroom and much more.
