ATTRITION POLICIES, CANCELLATION POLICIES AND NO SHOWS Use the following calendar • From signing until 90 days prior to arrival will be no penalties for room reduction/cancellation • Within 89 75 days prior to arrival the reduction of up to 10% will be allowed on the total room block confirmed during the previous review period. Any reduction that exceeds the 10% described above will incur a penalty for the total number of nights reserved • Within 60 days prior to arrival the reduction of up to 5% will be allowed on the total blockage of rooms confirmed during the previous review period. Any reduction that exceeds the 5% described above will incur a penalty for the total number of nights reserved. All reduction that exceeds the 5% will incur in a 35% penalty of the total amount of rooms reduced • From 45 to 0 days before the arrival of the group, in case of cancellation of the group, 100% of the total invoice will be charged The No Shows (No Show) will be penalized by billing the total number of nights reserved. Any and all advance payments to the Hotel are non refundable and will be applied to any outstanding charges due to the Hotel as a result of the cancellation
