Led by Executive Chef Micheal Iles and drawing on his diverse culinary experience, the menu draws heavily from flavors and products of the Pacific Northwest. We create signature and seasonal cocktails from local producers and we also serve world-class wines from Willamette Valley and beers from our region's finest craft breweries. Vaux is located inside the Canopy Portland | Pearl District set amidst an extensive collection of fine and local art curated by neighboring Elizabeth Leach Gallery, including an expansive sculpture inspired by our own Vaux Swifts from Portland-based artist Sean Healy. Vaux boasts an outdoor patio along NW Glisan, dining room seating, and a comfortable lounge.
