Hotel Villa Ottone is a 5 star hotel in Portoferraio. It is a splendid home on the Island of Elba. It has the elegance of an old Historic Villa and the charm unique to Tuscany. Surrounded by long-established grounds and with its own private beach, the hotel is an oasis of peace, provided by the harmony of its landscape and the poetry of its exquisite interiors and fine exteriors. It has the essence of beauty, expressed in the harmony of its architecture, the sophistication of its design and the sublimity of its natural setting. Elegance and sophistication are the keynotes of the rooms and suites. The rooms all with large balcony or furnished terrace, are elegant but less formal in design. At the hotel, private lunches, dinners, small conferences, wedding receptions, meetings, lectures etc. can be arranged. The atmospheric settings of the Historic Villa, the beach tavern or the air-conditioned restaurant are the ideal location for small congresses for up to 60 people.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
