a)Between time of booking and 90 days prior to arrival: Any or all space reserved stated in the contract may be cancelled without any additional penalty besides the non-refundable deposit. b)89 – 60 days prior to arrival: up to 20% of the total amount of the guest room revenue stated in the contract may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty equal to 50% will be applied to any cancellation exceeding the above 20%. c)59 – 30 days prior to arrival: Up to 10% of the original or remaining guest room revenue may be cancelled without penalty. The 5-star Congress Centre is the ideal setting for business lunches, meetings, special events and conferences. The hotel has 18 meeting rooms, among which the Fernandes conference centre, with natural light, independent access from the hotel and can host up to 900 delegates theater style. It also provides many solutions to enjoy the spaces in front of the meeting rooms for coffee breaks and dining functions ensuring the full services and the flexibility of the organization.
