December 15 - January 6 - A ten night minimum stay is required for this period only. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full no later than August 31. There are absolutely no refunds for any reason after August 31 for the holiday period. January 4 - April 30 - No minimum length of stay. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full upon check in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than 45 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No shows will forfeit the 3-night deposit. Early departures will forfeit 100% of payment. May 1 - December 14 - No minimum length of stay. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full upon check in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No shows will forfeit the 3-night deposit.
