South Coast's 7,200-square foot conference center holds up to 800 guests, while the amphitheater seats up to 1,500 around a 6,000 square foot outdoor courtyard. We have eliminated the use of plastic straws and reduced the consumption of single use plastics. We try to offer biodegradable alternatives to single use plastics for takeout food orders.
