Ideal located in the 22nd district on the opposite of the Austria Center Vienna and the UNO City (Vienna International Centre) you will find the ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser. The hotel fits into the Vienna skyline beautifully. Situated right on the Kaiserwasser, near the popular recreation area around the Old Danube, it proves that city and nature can uniquely complement each other, displaying a quite unique symbiosis here. Eight seminar rooms with a total of 350 sqm provide a meeting capacity for up to 280 people. The Restaurant UNO impresses guests with classic Viennese cuisine, a wide range of top Austrian wines and an elegant ambience. 282 rooms, suites and apartments are awaiting the guest. Integrating warm shades of wood and red, the room design creates a cosy as well as individual atmosphere. The comfort rooms offer great comfort and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as high speed internet access and a flat screen TV.

The ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser is located directly opposite the U1 station Kaisermühlen/Vienna International Centre. From Vienna’s train stations to the hotel From Vienna main train station, take the U1 underground towards Leopoldau to Vienna International Centre/Kaisermühlen. From the Westbahnhof station, take the U3 towards Simmering as far as Stephansplatz, then change onto the U1 line towards Leopoldau to Vienna International Centre/Kaisermühlen. From Praterstern station, you can also take the U1 towards Leopoldau as far as Vienna International Centre/Kaisermühlen. From Vienna airport to the hotel Take the airport bus Vienna Airport Lines to the ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser: the station is right in front of the hotel. For cancellation of the entire event after signing of the booking agreement, the following cancellation fees will be charged: A cancellation of the entire event or a reduction of participants is free of charge up to 180 days prior to arrival. Between 179 days and 90 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the room rental. Between 89 days and 60 days prior to arrival, a cancellation of the whole event will be charged with 100% of the room rental. Between 59 days and 30 days prior to arrival the reservation may be reduced by 20% of booked participants. Any cancellation of participants above this 20% will be charged with 75% of the agreed amount. Between 29 days and 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation of the whole event will be charged with 75% of the total amount. The reservation may be reduced by 5% of booked participants. Cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival will be charged with 100% of the total amount
