Tott Hotel Visby ligger i ett gammalt parkområde på 8 hektar alldeles intill stranden, ca 1 km norr om stadsmuren. Hotellet stod klart och öppnade hösten 2008. Det är en kombination av individuellt ägda bostadsrätter med hotellservice. Tott Hotel Visby har 125 bostadsrättslägenheter. Totalt 71 bungalows, alla med uteplats eller balkong. Hotellbyggnaden är uppdelad i 54 lägenhetssviter i olika storlekar och de flesta ligger ut mot havet med stora terrasser, havsutsikt och söderläge och västläge. Välj Gotland i Östersjön, för ditt möte. Detta står i kontrast till de historiska gränderna med den moderna nya arkitekturen. Gotland är en inspirerande plats oavsett om det är för små eller stora möten; här finns något för alla. På Tott Hotel Visby erbjuder vi förstklassiga möteslokaler för upp till 100-120 personer.
