The Grand Hotel, Swanage is a classic Victorian seaside hotel that nestles in the heart of the beautiful Isle of Purbeck and dates back to 1898. It commands spectacular views across Swanage Bay and Peveril Point The hotel offers 30 well appointed guestrooms for the comfort of the guests. Many of its rooms and public areas take advantage of these delightful views, where one can relax enjoying a drink, read complimentary newspapers and magazines or even fall asleep. There are several options for your wedding reception. The restaurant can cater for sit down meals or buffets up to 100 persons. Alternatively, a marquee can be placed on our extensive lawn for a buffet reception of up to 120 persons. The ideal location is the conservatory accommodating up to 60 persons and commanding magnificent views across Swanage Bay, thus making it the ideal venue for photographs of your special day.
