A Grade II Victorian listed business centre located in Swindon’s historical railway village overlooking The Park. Park House - Office Space Swindon offers fully serviced offices on monthly easy-in/out terms. One of Swindon’s most prestigious commercial properties, Park House is well located within walking distance of the railway station, shopping centre and designer outlet village. The office accommodation combines Victorian grandeur, park views and character with 21st century technology and facilities. Park House offers a range of offices, from single person to multiple team suites, all furnished to a high standard. The Boardroom (up to 20 people) at Park House is suitable for meetings, training and small conferences and can be hired by the day or half-day.
