Between 90 & 61 business days prior to arrival - Any cancellation will incur a fee equal to 25% of the total expected spend, as per the contracted rates. Between 60 & 31 business days prior to arrival – Any cancellation will incur a fee equal to 40% of the total expected spend, as per the contracted rates. Between 30 & 15 business days prior to arrival – Any cancellation will incur a fee equal to 60% of the total expected spend, as per the contracted rates.
