BUSINESS FACILITIES Business guests can enjoy well lit in-room work desks with comfortable chairs and high-speed internet connectivity. For meetings or conferences we offer 3 spaces: Yin, Yang and our Chat Room. No matter what your agenda we’ve got the space, menu and tools to help you out. Yin and Yang combined can cater for up to 110 people cocktail style or 100 seated. Alternatively the Chat Room is ideal for talking up a storm or conducting a training session or intimate group meeting. GETTING THERE Hotel Urban St Leonards is located on the corner of Pacific Highway and Bellevue Avenue. On some maps or GPS it might list the suburb as Greenwich. If approaching from the South (from Sydney CBD or North Sydney) then keep following the Pacific Highway through St Leonards and turn left on Bellevue Avenue. If travelling from the North, turn right on Greenwich Road then immediately right on Bellevue Avenue, following this as it curves to the right and narrows, until reaching us on your left. Train – The Airport Link train service will take you from either the International or Domestic Airport to Central Train Station. Alight at Central and change to the North Shore Line to get to St Leonards. As at May 2010, an adult one way ticket from the airport to St Leonards costs $15.80. Taxi – The most convenient way to travel to St Leonards, a taxi fare will cost approximately $60.00. Airport Shuttle Services – You can catch an airport shuttle service from the airport to Hotel Urban St Leonards from approximately $35.00 per person. Should you wish to make a reservation, kindly contact our reservations team to assist (02) 9439-6000. CHILD POLICY Children under 16 stay free, using existing bedding. Alternatively, you can hire comfortable roll-away beds for $40.00 per night. EXTRA GUESTS All rooms can accommodate an additional rollaway bed for a third guest at an additional charge of $40.00 per night. THINGS TO DO With its central location on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, St Leonards is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday exploring the stunning beaches and heritage-listed national parks of Sydney’s North Shore and Northern beaches.
