Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Of Event: Between 120-91 days (inclusive) prior to the arrival date of the function: Providing the space is subsequently re-sold, a cancellation fee will not be incurred. The deposit will be fully refunded. If the space cannot be re-sold, the deposit will be retained. Cancellations between 61-90 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of 25% of the full contracted amount. Cancellations between 31-60 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of 50% of the full contracted amount. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of the full contracted amount. Daily contracted rate for the event includes all Accommodation, Conference Packages, Function Room Hire, Contracted Meals, Beverage Packages, Theming and Entertainment [organised by Mantra on Kent], Audio Visual or Hotel Services.
