Cancellations must be in writing (e-mail) to the building co-ordinator. Cancellation Fees depend on the period of notice given 24 or less hours prior to the function 100% 1 – 7 days prior to the function 75% of the fee 8 – 14 days prior to the function 50% of the ee 15 – 60 days prior to the function 25% of the fee

Crows Nest Centre Venue Hire operates 7 days a week (public holidays also by arrangement) 8am to 10.30pm with a building supervisor on site. Room sizes vary from 40 sq metres up to 220 sq metres and are equiped with facilities for presentations, training courses and community celebrations.
