Fairfield by Marriott Taichung is located in the transportation hub of Taichung city, with 8 km to the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Taichung Station, 10km to the Taichung International Airport and 1km to the No.1 National Highway Taichung Interchange. In addition, the Fairfield by Marriott Taichung offers guests fast and convenient accesses to many local popular attractions such as National Taichung Theater, Lihpao Outlet Mall and Houfeng Bikeway. Fairfield by Marriott Taichung features a modern and high technical design. All 131 guestrooms are furnished with large screen TV(55 inches), high-speed Wifi, safety box, USB charging ports and spacious showroom to fulfill every business traveler or leisure traveler’s need.At The Dining Room, guests can enjoy a wide selection of hot breakfast as make-your-own waffle, scrambled egg, sausage, oatmeal, and local favorites. After breakfast, The Dining Room will be turned to a la carte restaurant with a selection of Asian, Western delights and Marriott selected wines. In addition, The Dining Room is also an ideal place for guests to hold meetings or casual caterings with a max capacity of 70 people at the same time.

In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
