The Grill offers a casual dining experience with seating up to 75. This is the only room that cannot be used for private functions. Executive Chef - Brian Knepper Hours of Operation: Lunch Monday – Friday 11:30am – 2:00pm Dinner Monday – Saturday 5:00pm – 9:00pm Summer Dinner Openings Tuesday – Saturday (through September 13) 5:00pm – 9:00 pm Summer Lounge Openings Monday – Friday (through September 10) 5:00pm – Closing
