This historic venue features a restaurant, champagne bar, coffee & tea bars, bookstore, boutique retail, and co-working spaces. During the day, it offers meeting rooms and spaces for corporate gatherings of up to 100 guests. After 5:30 PM, it transforms into a vibrant event venue with a capacity of up to 250 guests. Also available: a fully equipped podcast and recording studio for up to 4 people.
