GROUPS CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL 1. FULL CANCELLATION 1.1. If it takes place between the 1st and 2nd payments, the hotel will keep the 1st deposit. 1.2. If it takes place between the 2nd and 3rd payments, the hotel will keep the first 2 deposits. 1.3. If it takes place after the 3rd payment, the hotel will keep the total amount. 2. PARTIAL CANCELLATION 2.1. If it takes place between the 1st and 2nd payments, (within a maximum of 60 days before the arrival of the group) cancellations of up to 20% of the rooms and board reserved according to the pro forma invoice will be allowed with no penalty (*). - Partial cancellation of the extra services contracted is allowed with no penalty. 2.2. If it takes place between the 2nd and 3rd payments, (within a maximum of 15 days before the arrival of the group) partial cancellations (modifications to the initially reserved conditions) of up to 10% of the rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty (*). - Partial cancellation of the extra services contracted is allowed with no penalty. 2.3. If it takes place between 15 and 7 days before the arrival of the group, partial cancellations (modifications to the initially reserved conditions) of up to 5% of the rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty (*). - Partial cancellation of the extra services contracted for up to 20% of the total number of confirmed participants is allowed with no penalty. Cancellations of more than 20% will be penalised by charging the entire price of the extra services cancelled in excess of that percentage. 2.4. If it takes place between 7 days and 24 hours before the arrival of the group, partial cancellations (modifications to the initially reserved conditions) of up to 3% of the rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty (*). - Any extra service cancelled will be invoiced in full. (*) - For cancellations of a higher percentage than stated, there will be a penalty surcharge equal to 50% of the total of the cancelled roomnights that would exceed the formerly stated percentages.
