About us
Located in the south of Tenerife, Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora has quickly earned a reputation as one of the best resorts in Europe. This luxury resort provides different kinds of meeting rooms, specially designed to the organisation of events, congresses and meetings on the Canary Islands. 450 Guestrooms and suites: Deluxe Standard Rooms with more than 48 sqm2, all with great views and balcony, Master Suites with more than 68sqm2 with its own living room and big terrace, and our brilliant Villas with 600sqm2 with own garden and swimming pool. Red Level area with 90 deluxe rooms and suites that are adults only 9 Conference rooms: One plenary of 900sqm2, no pillars and natural daylight. One flexible meeting room of 747sqm2 can be divided in 3 separarted rooms, and 5 Break out rooms of different sizes. More than 5 diffferent outdoor spaces that can be used all year due to our fantastic weather. 18 outlets: 8 differents restaurants a la carte, 1 buffet restaurant with showcooking and 8 bars. Situated on the West coast of Tenerife, five minutes from Los Gigantes cliffs, with natural seawater pools, black sand beach, and only 37 km from the airport Reina Sofía in the South of Tenerife. The capital of the island, Santa Cruz, is 60 minutes away and the National Park “Las Cañadas del Teide”, with the highest peak of Spain (3,718m), is at only 40 minutes by car. A highlight is the mild weather in the area, an eternal spring, with a year average temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and 335 days of sunshine, according to the Metereologic Center of Tenerife.

The total number of guest rooms is 450 (singles & doubles) Red Level Adults only (+16 years) boutique Hotel has 90 rooms. The average allotment for a 3 or more nights request stand for 150-200 rooms / night ( MLOS mínimum lenght of stay of 3 nights). Subject to contract a mínimum amount of F&B.

To be highlighted is the infinity pool 260m long, and of 5.000m² surface, with an infinity pool, the largest of Europe, with 80 waterbeds inside and two integrated water rituals. Next to it, one family pool,one pool for adults and Pirate Pool (fresh water and heated), as well as the Red Level exclusive pool for Adults based at the Red Level Boutique Hotel (fresh water and heated). This hotel belongs to Road to Net Zero Events Program of Meliá Hotels International. By choosing us, you will be partnering with a sustainability leader committed to responsible management. Our goal is to create events that not only inspire and connect, but also contribute to a greener planet. Therefore, If your event is confirmed with us, we will inform you the total emisions of carbon footprint of your group or event, once it is finished; moreover, we will work collectively to make it carbon neutral, either through your company’s offset program, or through Meliá’s “The Planet We Love” Project, with credits certified by the United Nations.
