We are excited to announce that our multi-million dollar renovation is complete! Guests can now enjoy the fresh new design of our guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, meeting space and atrium. We look forward to your stay in our newly designed hotel! Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Charleston, guests of the 253-room Embassy Suites Charleston are invited to stay in a spacious two-room suite, enjoy a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, and complimentary snacks and drinks nightly at the evening reception. With over 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, this Charleston, WV hotel can accommodate groups and meetings of all sizes. Relax knowing that all the business tools you and your guests need are at your disposal including; A/V equipment, available WiFi and 24-hour business center. Parking is available in the garage, and the current fee is $12 per night. Our all-suite hotel offers a hot breakfast buffet with made-to-order requests,omelets, pancakes, eggs prepared to request 7-days a week, as well as a nightly evening reception with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. Need a ride? Simply call down to the front desk and request our shuttle to take you anywhere you need to go within a 5 mile radius of the city. Shuttle is also available for airport pick-up and drop-off.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
