Yes, Paper straws used throughout the hotel, wooden stirrers used for Coffee Stations in Meeting Rooms.

Yes, All bed linen is removed and washed above 65 degrees, pillow protectors are used and duvets are cleaned, every room, every quarter. robes have been removed.
