Yes, our hotel has implemented several measures to reduce single-use plastics. We have removed plastic straws, stirrers, and cotton buds from guest areas, providing them only upon request for guests with disabilities. Additionally, we have replaced plastic toiletry bottles with refillable dispensers, switched to biodegradable or compostable alternatives where possible, and encouraged guests to use reusable items, such as water bottles and shopping bags. These initiatives are part of our broader commitment to sustainability and minimising environmental impact.
