Each of the two adjoining private balcony terraces overlooking the Beach + Atlantic Ocean (east terrace) or the Intracoastal Waterway (west terrace) measures 106x17 square feet, for a total of 1,800 square feet each. Total Square feet for all three areas combined: 6,600.
