เมืองโบราณเป็นประตูที่เปิดสู่มรดกแห่งภูมิปัญญาไทยด้วยสัญลักษณ์สถาปัตยกรรมที่หลากหลายร่วมกับศิลปะและงานฝีมือ รูปแบบโครงสร้าง และสภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติที่ผสมผสานกันอย่างกลมกลืน เมืองโบราณสร้างบรรยากาศที่กระตุ้นให้ผู้เข้าชมรับรู้และชื่นชมความต่อเนื่องของประวัติศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรม ศาสนา ศิลปะ และประเพณีของชาวไทยตั้งแต่รุ่งอรุณจนถึงปัจจุบัน นอกเหนือจากการก่อสร้างเพื่อการศึกษา 116 แห่งบนพื้นที่กว่า 600 ไร่ เมืองโบราณยังได้จัดตั้ง “The Training Center&Urban Resort” ในพื้นที่เดียวกัน โดยมีห้องประชุมและบริการจัดเลี้ยงพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกหลากหลาย เช่น ห้องสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนา ห้องเดี่ยว/เตียงใหญ่ ห้องนอนกลุ่ม หอวัฒนธรรมริมโคบฟา ศูนย์ข้อมูลทางสังคมวัฒนธรรมที่สนับสนุนจากมูลนิธิเล็กประปาย วิริยาพันธ์ ห้องประชุม 600 ที่นั่ง พร้อมรองรับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของผู้เข้าชมตามต้องการ

It holds the largest collection of international espionage artifacts on public display. The Museum opened in 2002 in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, DC, and relocated to a new, expanded building with all-new exhibitions at L'Enfant Plaza in 2019.
