Grand Ballroom Pre-Function

The Ballroom Pre-function offers 4,700 square feet of space and is bathed in natural light. This flexible space can accommodate a seated meal of 200, a reception for 600, or numerous table tops for vendor displays or exhibit booths. PSAV, our audio visual partner, offers an array of services including LCD projectors, wireless mouse/pointers, screens and monitors, and equipment rental such as copiers, printers and computers. Please ask your sales manager for a current listing. Wi-Fi connections are available in all our meeting spaces for an additional fee.
