About us

Elegant and intimate, Belfast’s original boutique hotel offers superb accommodation at a very smart price, and an informal but gracious atmosphere that brings delighted guests back time after time. The Crescent Townhouse earns bonus points, though for its unrivalled location. It may be discreetly tucked away, insulated from sight and sound of the bustling Botanic Avenue milieu, but step outside and you are on the doorstep of the best of South Belfast’s nightlife and entertainment. The Long Room can cater for private dining and conferences. There are private bar facilities within the Long Room along with a direct dial telephone, four modem points, air conditioning and natural daylight. Conference packages and private dining menus can be tailored to suit individual requirements.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
