About us

The most spacious hotel conference area of the Emilia Romagna counts 12 modular rooms on two floors with a total capacity of 2,600 persons. The two largest theatre style halls boast capacities of up to 650 and 950 persons. All of the rooms have natural lighting, are elegantly furnished and come equipped with the most modern of conference technology.Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross is the new born of Zanhotel group, located at Via Saliceto, Bologna. The meeting area includes 17 modular functions rooms with a total of 3.100 sq. All meeting rooms have natural light and different heights (from 5,50up to 7,00 metres). The meeting centre is able to meet every kind of need as it is equipped with the most up to date video and sound technology. The hotel has 152 double rooms divided into 4 categories, Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Suites.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
