Yes, Reduced the amount of plastic we use in general and have removed plastic straws

Yes, PPE is used throughout the cleaning process, pillows and beds have protectors and sent out for external cleaning regularly. Bathrobes and linen are washed at high temperatures and kept completely separate from used linen. Headboards are disinfected daily
