La Bibliothèque Solvay can handle all you logistics and assist you with the practical organisation of your event. Don’t hesitate to ask for a cost estimation from pour in-house Event department. Logistics from A to Z : sound system, audio-visual equipment, simultaneous translation, hostesses, photographer, floral arrangements and decoration, signposting, renting of material, entertainment… Due to security reasons and for the preservation of the building, the use of the catering, sound and audiovisual services contracted to La Bibliothèque Solvay is compulsory. References Since 2000, prestigious events have taken place at the Bibliothèque Solvay.
