Newly refurbished, our hotel is situated just across the road from Cardiff Castle, with many rooms offering beautiful castle views. The Gardens Business Floor features an open-plan lounge overlooking the central atrium, creating a dynamic breakout space. All our menus follow a Farm-to-Fork ethos, and we are committed to offering sustainable choices for our guests. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
