About us

Paradise Beach Resort is situated in a splendid corner of the western part of Sicily, inside the reserve orientated by the river Belice and the neighboring dunes, at a few km from the Archaeological Park of Selinute, (one of the biggest of Europe). The Reserve where the Resort is located is found in a natural oasis that extends from the internal territory of Menfi (of which its beaches have been awarded a Blue Flag) and that of Selinute up to the sea. Paradise Beach Resort offers to its clients different possibilities of accommodation, in standard rooms with sea-view and rooms with balcony and sea-view. The sea can be reached easily going through a nearby pathway. The Resort has a congress hall with the capacity to seat up to 400 guests, equipped with highly advanced equipments.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
