The Hotel Stella conveniently located at the heart of uptown Cebu is one of the newest budget hotels in Cebu City. Established 2011, the Hotel Stella offers very affordable hotels room rates for visitors coming to Cebu City. It boasts 40 fully air conditioned rooms combined with extensive facilities.
