At the heart of the Wild Thyme & Honey concept lies The Crown, a 16ᵗʰ century inn that we've carefully renovated into a 24-room countryside retreat, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Our design celebrates the region's architectural heritage through exposed Cotswold stone, timber-clad walls, and a calming palette of warm greys and creams; soothing spaces that are connected to the lush landscape that surrounds us. We're committed to showcasing the best of the Cotswolds through our seasonal menus of elevated British food that celebrate the area's rich agricultural traditions.
