Whether for meetings, hybrid events, or celebrations, the Stadthotel am Römerturm is your ideal event venue in downtown Cologne. Our four-star hotel offers the perfect setting for events with up to 100 guests, in rooms ranging from 30 to 156 square meters. Our 7 bright and quiet meeting rooms, combined with modern facilities, technical equipment, and professionally trained hotel staff, provide the ideal conditions for a successful event. Depending on the type of event, we offer a wide range of bookable equipment, such as projectors, flipcharts, microphones, podiums, wireless presenters, laptops, and moderator kits, to ensure the success of your event. In addition to our classic conference rooms, you can exclusively book our Römerkeller for corporate events. This venue features its own bar, as well as a high-quality sound and lighting system, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. We are happy to decorate the space festively to provide the perfect ambiance for your event. For overnight stays, the hotel offers 107 rooms. The warm wooden tones and light-filled rooms ensure a relaxing stay. Additionally, nearly 50% of the rooms offer a view not only of the beautiful city of Cologne but also of the iconic Cologne Cathedral itself.

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. However, guests are welcome to use our terrace as a designated smoking area. Kindly note that outside food and beverages are not permitted to be consumed in the restaurant or bar. The hotel grants the guest the right to cancel at any time. For group reservations, the cancellation deadline stated in the accommodation agreement applies. For individual reservations, the cancellation deadline stated in the reservation confirmation applies. In the event of a cancellation by the guest or event organizer, the hotel is entitled to appropriate compensation. The hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee instead of calculating specific damages. This cancellation fee amounts to 90% of the agreed contract price for overnight stays with or without breakfast. You will recieve the applicable cancellation conditions for your event in your offer. Im Jahr 2024 wurde unser Hotel mit dem GreenSign-Zertifikat der Stufe 4 ausgezeichnet. Diese Auszeichnung bestätigt unser konsequentes Engagement für ein nachhaltiges Hotelmanagement. Dabei streben wir danach, soziale, ökologische und ökonomische Nachhaltigkeit in Einklang zu bringen – denn wir möchten nicht nur die Umweltbelastung reduzieren, sondern auch das Bewusstsein für nachhaltiges Reisen bei unseren Gästen fördern. Deshalb bieten wir umweltfreundliche Aufenthalte mit einem CO₂-Ausstoß von nur 6,0 kg pro Übernachtung an. Diesen Ausstoß gleichen wir aktiv aus: Im Jahr 2023 haben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Schwesterhotels und in Kooperation mit Plant-My-Tree 200 Bäume gepflanzt – eine Maßnahme im Rahmen unserer langfristigen Klimaschutzstrategie. Auch in Zukunft möchten wir weitere Schritte in Richtung Nachhaltigkeit gehen und uns stetig weiterentwickeln.
