The Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center rests on a 35-acre complex located near the Embassy Suites Colorado Springs Hotel downtown Colorado Springs. The center has sport venues and support facilities for fencing, gymnastics, judo, shooting, swimming, taekwondo, weightlifting and wrestling. Athletes are selected to train at the CSOTC by their respective National Governing Body. In October 1996 and April 1997, the USOC officially dedicated and opened its new $23.8 million Phase II facilities, which include a state-of-the-art sports medicine and sport science center and an athlete center featuring a dining hall and two residence halls. The USOC is able to provide housing, dining, recreational facilities and other services for up to 557 coaches and athletes at one time on the complex. Schriever Space Force Base

Due to Air Force-wide restructuring, the 2nd SW was inactivated, and the 50th Tactical Fighter Wing re-designated as the 50th SW activated at Falcon AFB on Jan. 30, 1992. The 50th TFW had inactivated on Sept. 30, 1991, at Hahn Air Base, Germany. Its re-designation and activation at Falcon AFB continued the heritage of a highly decorated unit.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
