About us
Taylor John's House is located in Coventry, England. We have flexible room rates, depending on the use/event. We have previously rented the venue for photo shoots, birthday parties, fund raising events,training sessions and meetings, album launch parties and band rehearsals. Taylor John’s House can offer a lot more than just a room, be it a birthday or anniversary we have the facilities to cater for any occasion. Whereas other venues offer just the space, we endeavor to ensure that whatever you choose to do it is a special event for both you and your guests. With a fully licensed bar and in-house catering offered to suit all budgets (see menu choices below) Taylor John’s House has all the facilities you would expect to make sure that your event runs to your exact requirements. It is available for corporate events.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
