About us

Poderi Luigi Einaudi - A historic family residence becomes the perfect setting for a holiday, where relaxation and a spectacular location combine with a refined ambiance and the pleasure of a warm welcome. The current Poderi Luigi Einaudi was the Einaudi family’s holiday lodge for a long time and still keeps the charm and familiarity of a private home, where guests are welcomed like friends, to sip an excellent wine by the fireplace, have breakfast in the garden in winter and relax with a dip in the swimming pool. If work is a priority, the well-equipped meeting room is available for the guests. The rooms, including eight double rooms and two suites, with bathroom, TV and Internet connection, are furnished with the original furniture of the house and offer an exceptional view of the gentle slopes of the Langa hills, protected by the majestic crown of the Alps. Guests may wish to spend some time in the neighbouring Einaudi winery, to learn the secrets of grape growing and winemaking, with a series of tastings that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
