• From Dubai International Airport:
Join Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) toward Jebel Ali/Abu Dhabi, then take Exit 54 toward Zaa’beel Street. Continue through the roundabouts, follow signs for Za’abeel Park/Trade Centre, then turn onto Al Mustaqbal Street (D86) and Zaa’beel Palace Street (D73). The destination will be on your right.
• From Abu Dhabi International Airport:
Join Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (E10) and merge onto Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) toward Dubai. Continue straight for about 100 km, then take Exit 53 toward 2nd Zaa’beel Street. At the roundabout, take the second exit, then follow Zaa’beel Palace Street (D73) with a few short turns until the destination is on your right.
• From Sharjah International Airport:
Take Al Dhaid Road (E88), head west and join Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) toward Dubai. Take Exit 55 for Rebat Street (D83) toward Al Garhoud, then follow signs for Business Bay Crossing. Continue onto Al Khail Road (D68) and take the exit toward 2nd Zaa’beel Street. Follow Zaa’beel Palace Street (D73) until the destination is on your right.
• From Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC):
Take Al Sukook St, then continue on Al Mustaqbal St (D86). Slight left, then drive to reach One&Only One Za’abeel.
• From Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC):
By car: Continue onto Al Mustaqbal St (D86) and follow for 2.1 km. Slight left, then drive to reach One&Only One Za’abeel.
Walking: Head northwest, then turn right onto Al Mustaqbal St. Turn left twice onto Zaa’beel Palace St, slight right, destination on the right.
