Due to City and Provincial Health regulations no food or beverages from outside sources can be brought into hotel meeting/banquet facilities. All food and beverages must be ordered through and supplied by the Quality Inn West Harvest. Following your event, no food or beverages may leave the hotel meeting/banquet rooms.

Guestrooms must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Meetings must be cancelled a minimum of 5 business days prior; otherwise room rental for first day is charged, or deposit is forfeited.
