Welcome to Jasper Hotel, where you will experience the true character of Fargo past, the authenticity of the present and inspiration for the future. The design concept is deeply rooted in the traditions of downtown Fargo. Inspired the the Dakota Plains and traditional Rustic-Nordic cooking techniques, Rosewild Restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining, with comfortable and cozy seating centered around the hearth. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking Broadway Square provides wonderful seasonal concerts, people watching and an ice skating rink in the winter months.
