About us
Welcome to The Slade Centre. Located in the centre of Gillingham in North Dorset, The Slade Centre combines business and the arts, offering a range of facilities from office suites and meeting rooms to exhibition space, classes and workshops. The Studio at The Slade Centre can accommodate up to 50 people, and is ideal for training events and seminars, or private parties and receptions. The more formal Board Room seats up to 12 people around a large table, making it well-suited to business meetings and presentations. Smaller meeting rooms are also available.

Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture.
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
