Yes, no stirrers, straws, compostable take away boxes for excess food. fresh milk in guest rooms in reusable glass bottles, no plastic tumblers. still looking at reducing other areas

Yes, we have 50 pv panels on the flat roof installed in 2019, generated 19700 kwh in 2020
